About Ellisville Athletic Association

The Ellisville Athletic Association is a non-profit, volunteer organization dedicated to youth sports. EAA was incorporated in 1949 in the State of Missouri. The organization is governed by seven officers (the Executive Board) and a Board of Directors. These Board Members all work on a volunteer basis. The association owns the land composing the EAA complex as well as the buildings, lighting, field maintenance equipment, team uniforms, and athletic equipment.
EAA holds monthly meetings that are open to all interested parties. Meetings are generally held at 7:00 p.m. on the second Thursday of the month (check the calendar for specific dates). All families with children registered at EAA are members of the association and are entitled to attend the monthly meetings. Any member wanting to place a specific issue on the agenda must first contact the Executive Board for approval.

It is with the input and help of our members that we can make Ellisville Athletic Association an even better organization for our children. We encourage anyone interested to join the Board and help make the park a place you are proud to have your children play.

Affiliation:

Ellisville Athletic Association is a member of the St. Louis West Athletic Association (STLWAA). The other organizations in STLWAA are Ballwin Athletic Association and Pond Athletic Association.

The STLWAA establishes the basic playing rules and administers the organization. Each member organization pays the STLWAA a fee commensurate with its size for operating cost.

Objectives:

Ellisville Athletic Association's purpose is to aid and assist in the growth and development of the children of the community, both mentally and physically, through controlled activity programs in the field of athletics, and by supporting good sportsmanship and fair play.
